  4. Synthesizing mind: able to capture different kind of information and to put togheter making sense for ownself and the others

  5. Creating mind: puts forth new ideas, poses unfamiliar questions, uses frsh way of thinking, arrives at unexpected answer

  6. Respectful mind: notes and welcomes differences among human being, tries to understand these others and seek to work effectively with them

  7. The ethical mind: conceptualizes how workers can serve purposes beyond self interest and how citizens can work unselfishly to improve the lot of all
