This study investigates the impact of rapamycin treatment on graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) across various organs, including the small bowel, large bowel, liver, and skin. By analyzing the therapeutic potential of rapamycin, we aim to understand its role in controlling GvHD, a common complication following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The findings will contribute to improving management strategies for GvHD, offering insights into organ-specific responses and paving the way for more effective interventions.
