Grounders • Collect & share research (SACS, QEP, WAC, CAC, CID) • Linkers • Collect campus input & share TDT updates • Promoters • Create a “buzz” among all stakeholder groups • Builders • Prepare drafts of the infrastructure & 5-year implementation timeline • Assessors • Develop assessment plan(s) • Financers • Develop feasible budget
