  7. Subsurface Injection • Cone roof tanks only • Application rate: 0.1 gpm per sq. ft. of surface area • Formula same as over-the-top delivery • Requires high-back foam makers • Inlet velocity • Flammable liquids: 10 ft. per second • Combustibles: 20 ft. per second
