  1. Tradologie Enabling Global Trade Through Technology

  2. About Tradologie • Tradologie.com has been setup with an aim of digitalizing the current Import-Export trade & the bulk Domestic Trade by setting up a market place which brings the manufacturers directly in contact with bulk consumers across the world. • The company aims to providing the stakeholders, a platform, which replicates the current trade practices and provides enquiry to payment (End-to-End) solution to help them in conducting international business in a transparent and cost efficient manner.

  3. About Tradologie • The company, in the first phase, plans to focus its efforts in tapping the Middle East market and service their needs of 16 basic products of mass consumption in the initial phase and plans to tap suppliers in 8 different countries, initially, which are capable of catering to the needs of the region. • With the help of a robust technology framework and a hardworking team having knowledge of doing business in the Middle East, the company believes that it shall be able to rope in a vast majority of buyers and Government Procurement Departments in the region by providing them an alternative to the time consuming and costly tendering system which narrows their reach to a few global suppliers due to the highly fragmented nature of the market.

  4. Our Products Construction material is any material used for construction purpose such as materials for house building. Cement, TMT Bars, TMT Saria, Plywood are the most common type of building material used in construction. The choice of these are based on their cost effectiveness for building projects.

  5. Cement

  6. Cement • India's cement industry is a vital part of its economy, providing employment to more than a million people, directly or indirectly. It is the second largest cement industry in the world. The industry is currently in a turnaround phase, trying to achieve global standards in production, safety, and energy-efficiency. • Cementindustry being one of the essential sectors for economic growth in India remains a long term play. After two years of low single digit growth, we expect +11.3% CAGR in demand over next couple of years as infrastructure projects and initiatives announced by the new government (Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Freight corridors, Concrete roads, "Housing for All", 100 Smart cities projects, etc) comes on stream.

  7. Plywood

  8. Plywood • The industry is producing more plywood than they have in the last 20 years. A plywood industry is the major consumption of composite wood in India. India’s plywood market is pegged at over Rs 20,000 crores with both the branded and un-branded players vying for a larger share of the pie. The average industry growth rate of 5-7% is creating an annual incremental opportunity worth Rs 1,000 crores. • The industry is highly fragmented, with a major chunk of production coming from small manufacturers, many of whom do not even possess a license to produce. However, the market is driven by a few large companies who have plants at multiple locations, invest heavily in brand building, offer ISI-marked products, and constitute around 30% of the industry revenue.

  9. TMT Bars

  10. TMT Bars • India is currently the Third largest producer of crude steel behind China and japan. India’s crude steel production stood at around 104.98 million tonnes (MT) between 2017 to 2018. Large public and private sector players strengthen steel production capacity in view of rising demand. Driven by rising infrastructure development and growing demand for automotives; steel consumption is expected to reach 128 million tonnes (MT) by 2021.  • Market Size • India’s per capita consumption of steel increased by 3.96% between 2008 to 2017. In 2008 India’s per capita steel consumption was 46 kgs which rose to 65.25 kgs in FY2017. National steel policy 2017 plans to increase the per capita steel consumption upto the level of 160 kgs.

  11. Our Products Rice is the most important human food crop in the world, directly feeding more people than any other crop. In 2012, nearly half of world’s population – more than 3 billion people – relied on rice every day.

  12. Basmati Rice

  13. Basmati Rice Rice is the most important human food crop in the world, directly feeding more people than any other crop. In 2012, nearly half of world’s population – more than 3 billion people – relied on rice every day. Rice is grown in more than a hundred countries, with a total harvested area of approximately 158 million hectares, producing more than 700 million tons annually (470 million tons of milled rice). Nearly 640 million tons of rice is grown in Asia, representing 90% of global production. Sub-Saharan Africa produces about 19 million tons and Latin America some 25 million tons. Unlike the high concentration in export market, the import side is quite fragmented. The top five rice importers account for around 30% of the total trade and the top ten accounts for less than 50% of total imports.

  14. Our Products India is currently the Third largest producer of crude Steel behind China and japan. India’s crude steel production stood at around 104.98 million tonnes (MT) between 2017 to 2018.

  15. Coal

  16. Coal • Coal is one of the oldest sources of Energy in the world. Throughout history, coal is burned to produce electricity and also has applications in metal refinement and extraction of Organic-chemicals. It is estimated that close to 40% of the World’s Electricity comes from Coal & almost all steel produced in the world either through the primary process or through the secondary routes utilize coal in one manner or another. • Anthracite Coal is the best quality of coal and contains over 85 per cent carbon. It is very hard, compact, jet black coal having semi-metallic luster. In India, it is found only in Jammu and Kashmir and that too in small quantity. • Bituminous Coal is the most widely used coal and contains 50 to 85 per cent carbon. It is dense, compact, and brittle and is usually of black colour. Most of the bituminous coal is found in Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

  17. Coal Lignite also known as brown coal is a lower grade coal and contains about 35-50 per cent carbon. It represents the intermediate stage in the alternation of woody matter into coal. Its colour varies from dark to black brown. It is found in Palna of Rajasthan, Neveli to Tamil Nadu, Lakhimpur of Assam and Karewa of Jammu and Kashmir. Peat is the first stage of transformation of wood into coal and contains less than 35 per cent carbon. It is seldom sufficiently compact to make a good fuel without compressing into bricks.

  18. Gold

  19. Gold Gold is a precious metal used for coinage, jewelry, and other arts throughout recorded history. In the past, a gold standard was often implemented as a monetary policy within and between nations. The historical value of gold was rooted in its relative rarity, easy handling and minting, easy smelting and fabrication, resistance to corrosion and other chemical reactions (nobility), and distinctive color. Types of Gold Because of the softness of pure (24k) gold, it is usually alloyed with base metals for use in jewelry, altering its hardness and ductility, melting point, color and other properties. Alloys with lower karat rating, typically 22k, 18k, 14k or 10k, contain higher percentages of copper or other base metals or silver or palladium in the alloy.
