  5. Advantages • Lower stock holding • Your product is almost sold when you product it. • Lower cost

  6. Disadvantage • Big amount of traffic • Custom and spedition problems • Un ecological

  7. How to implement JIT • You have to have good relationship with your suppliers • You have to trust each other. • You have to have good infrastructure in your country • You have to choose good business partners. • You have to place your factory to good position.
