The focus of the material in this class • To review basic concepts and mathematics • Found in accounting, economics, statistics and calculus and • Demonstrate some of their applications in marketing management • Using analytical tools associated with spreadsheets and simulated business tools
Which Textbook • Should I buy? • In my versions of MKT210 • I used a complied textbook • Kotler and Armstrong works well
Through my exams • I want know that you have learned a few key and central concepts of marketing management • You might accuse me of teaching to the test • If a question on the first term is missed by 25% or more of the class • It or a similar question will be a candidate on the second midterm
If you are forced to miss an exam • Email me immediately • Theodorem@unr.edu • If it is a legitimate reason, then I will send you a permission slip for doing a makeup • Makeup exams are always done in the week following the exam (not before) • Must be done before the day’s class • I always return exams 1 week after they have been administered
