Water Street Development • $36M Luxury Riverfront Mixed-Use Project including 161 residential units and 50,000 SF of commercial/office space in Phase I • 12,000 SF first floor restaurant and retail space on Patterson Boulevard, river views, outdoor seating. Springfield Town Center • Springfield Town Center Phase II will be an new retail development anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter and Home Depot located on NorthBechtle Avenue, right off Route 68 • • Lowes, Kohl’s, Meijer, Target, Best Buy, Michaels, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshall’s and Ashley Furniture are located in this retail area • • Phase II will build on success of Phase I which includes Buffalo Wild Wings, Glamour Nails, Sport Clips, and Sleep Outfitters
