I am a freshman at Springfield, involved in THON and the Engineering House Social Committee. As a dedicated member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), I’m proud to have achieved the Gold Award in Girl Scouts after 12 years. My love for field hockey has shaped my sporting life, having learned from the current Penn State keeper. Additionally, I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and following my favorite teams: the Eagles, the Phillies, and Penn State Football. At the SSPL, I actively participate in exciting space system research, collaborating with graduate students and gaining hands-on experience.

Where can I be found on campus more than anywhere else? My second home in EE East… Student Space Programs Laboratory, or SSPL, allows undergraduates (like me) work along side graduate students to design, fabricate and integrate space systems. I get to actually research, draw, simulate, test, calibrate and then watch my circuits get launched into the air! I am a part of the Communication and Thermal subsystems.
