  9. ¿Por qué no inscribirse y participar en el concurso para ascenso de nivel? • Es una Ley impuesta y anticonstitucional. • Recorta derechos: Estabilidad en el cargo, plaza y nivel. • No permite hacer carrera. • Aumenta la carga horaria y la remuneración es menos. • ¿Qué pasa si me inscribo? Si es voluntario • Puede ingresar a la CPM, pero pierde su derecho voluntariamente a la estabilidad y los derechos renunciados voluntariamente no se recuperan. • Se somete a la evaluación obligatoria cada 3 años. • Acepta los cupos para el ascenso.
