We are excited to announce the launch of our new submit server designed to facilitate resource sharing and enhance scientific research collaborations. With improved specifications featuring 64GB RAM, 12 CPU cores, and 12TB of raw disk space (15TB array coming soon), it significantly outperforms our old machine. The server workflow has been updated for MATLAB and R, thanks to the Spalding group for their support. We encourage you to consider a dedicated submit server for your projects. Exceptions to resource rules can be made upon request!

One thing out of the way... Your science is King! We need rules to facilitate resource sharing. Given good reasons we will make exceptions to these rules.

Thanks for bearing with us We required down time to make these changes. We've changed the work flow for MATLAB and R. (Thank you to the Spalding group for the loan of some disk space)
Other Details We are planning to have a submit cluster. The new machine is designed with this in mind. The new quotas are here to say (but remember we can make exceptions within reason) You may also consider getting your own dedicated submit server. We can help you do this!
