Intake • Intake Survey • Demographic data • Services Needed – 14 areas of need • Participant Acknowledgement Form • 3 Eligibility categories • Voluntary participation • Photo release • HITS Domestic Violence Survey • Community based fathers only • Pre Survey • Data on attitudes and behaviors • OU/FRPN Evaluation

  4. STEP 2. Services • Participant Services Touchpoint • Record all services provided • Used by case workers and job developers 6 Areas of Focus • Access/Visitation/Custody • Child Support • Co-Parenting • Referral/Education/Counseling • Legal • Job Search

  5. STEP 3. Classes • Class Attendance • Evidence-based fatherhood curriculum • Offerred in 1 to 2 hour sessions • Typical duration 12 to 20 hours
