  2. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany on June 12, 1929.

  3. When I was 5 I moved to The Netherlands and learned to speak Dutch.

  4. My mother’s maiden name is Hollander.

  5. Before World War ll I went to school with Catholics.

  6. I have a sister named Margot, a father named Otto, a mother named Edith, and a cat named Moortje.

  7. My hobbies are bike riding, swimming, and skating.

  8. My 7th grade teacher called me a chatterbox.

  9. I am a Jew.

  10. I moved to Ansterdam, Netherlands in 1934.

  11. I got my diaryfor my 13tth birthday.

  12. My full first name is Annelise Marie.

  13. My best friend is Lies.

  14. I had to go into hiding with 8 other Jews.

  15. I died at age 15.

  16. When I was in my prisoner camp I died of Tuphus Fever.

  17. I died in March 1945.

  18. I love to write and talk.

  19. My book was first published in Holland.

  20. My book is printed in over 500 languages.

  21. My quote is … “Despite everything I believe people are good at heart.”
