  3. Experience in the UK 2004. Began delivering services to people with disabilities 2004-2011. New Deal for Disabled People 2011-2018. Work Programme. Focuses on unemployed people and health benefit recipients 2011-2014. Work Choice. Specialist Disability Programme for people who require supported work
