  4. My name is Joshua Rivera and I am the future owner of Lavish Touch Massage. My goal is to assist people in forgetting there everyday worries though the art of massage and relaxation. I plan on establishing this wellness clinic in an area that has never before seen an establishment such as this. In this location I will incorporate the art of massage with total relaxation by offering a spa quality atmosphere that offers various rooms for different types of comfort. The establishment will be located on the first floor of the tower square shopping center down town Springfield. It is located right in the heart of the areas Banks, high end Hotels, Tourist attractions, Basketball hall of fame and the Courts.

Through my state of the art facility clientele will be able to come in on a regular basis and either be able to access all that is available to them as members or just be able to walk in as walk-in personnel. The establishment will offer Massage, Aroma therapy, Hydrotherapy (thermo and cryo), relaxation rooms (saunas, inhalation, snow and steam rooms), Jacuzzis, salt water pool and hot tubs. Through out this area of down town Springfield there is no other establishment that offers what I will be offering. One other benefit will be that the clientele may come in as a member and be able to take full advantage of all I have to offer or anyone just passing by will be able to enjoy the experience of Lavish Touch Massage. One other goal I am aiming towards is to be able to open my very own line of natural lotions, cream, oils (fragrance or lubricant) aroma therapy scents. Though my own source of research I have come to the conclusion that being a Banker, Business manager, DA’s , DEA’s, Lawyers, or Judges everyday jobs can be vey stressful on the mind and body. The art of massage and relation help to put the mind at ease and promote future health.

Our establishment has state of the art technology to assist and aid our customers through the transition of “worry about getting work done” to “total mind and body relaxation.” In the future I plan on being able to take my business to more than one major city and be able to franchise it so that others around the country will be able to experience full body and mind relaxation. I plan on being able to incorporate other ideas that will soon be introduced such as Physical fitness, Physical therapy, Chiropractors facility, yoga and Meditation.

  7. To begin to market my future business I plan on placing ads in newspaper, magazines, on television and via flyers. I plan on having myself dressed professionally in a suit to be able to attract the eye of the everyday business man that works in the area. My strategy is to begin advertising between 6 months to 1 year before opening with the business telephone line established to be able to start booking appointments and offer exclusive special offers to the first 100 new clients. Word of mouth is the best way to advertise! Though promoting what I have to offer at this establishment with the monthly package deals verses what an average massage is equal to at any other establishment I am most certain that the persons working in this area will be eager for me to open much quicker than I anticipate. To market my business properly I plan on researching roughly at what times all of the future clientele take lunches, where they take them at, what music stations they listen to, and where it is they like to pass there down time. Through this I will be able to gain a very basic idea of how to be able to market to them properly. Though the marketing tactics I will use I will be able to monitor as much as possible what will be working and what will not. This will be a good way to be able to direct my energy in the right direction to be able to insure my success.

Within my business I will incorporate technical institutes such as the one I am currently attending to insure other future student of the same trait to be able to have guaranteed job placement upon completion of there education. This will guarantee that I will never be short handed on employees and also insure the possibility of growth weather it be in the local area and or for the promotion of the my dream which is to franchise this idea and go nation wide. I will make so that everyone will be able to afford the services I will be offering by charging average price for a massage but making it so that the monthly package deal is even more worth there wild.
