Dr. Robert A. Hanna has been nominated for the position of Director Elect for IEEE Region 7 for the 2004-2005 term. With a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive IEEE involvement since 1974, he has held various leadership roles including Chair of the IEEE Toronto Section and Vice Chair of multiple committees. His academic achievements include a Ph.D. from Imperial College, and he has authored over 35 technical papers. With his experience in both academia and industry, Dr. Hanna is dedicated to serving IEEE members and advancing the organization.
