During the 2009-2010 academic year, Mrs. Crowther led various impactful STEM initiatives, including after-school master classes, interactive visits to AGSB such as the planetarium, and engaging activities that received outstanding feedback from students. Stamford Park VI form students facilitated leadership opportunities, contributing to the highly successful Astronomy Evening classes, which had an impressive uptake. Results from the full GCSE course were remarkable, with 12 A* and 4 A grades achieved. Additionally, the STEM Careers Fair attracted 28 organizations, providing invaluable insights into STEM disciplines, with a resounding 98% of attendees expressing that the event was beneficial.
