  3. The only way you can stay competitive is to embrace Single-Sourcing You cannot afford to be a training boutique any longer! You must become a Training Factory!

  4. Training Factories are focused on:Knowledge Transfer This includes content capture, content structure, training, performance support and verification.

  5. Goal of Knowledge Transfer In order to support the quick and efficient dissemination of rightinformation to: the right people at the right time at the right level in the right format it must first be structured into the right knowledgebase

  6. Training Factories use a Single-Source Knowledge Transfer System Four Critical Elements 1. Documentation • Ensure Regulatory Body is properly informed 2. Training • Ensure employees learn what to do 3. Performance Support • Ensure employees have what they need 4. Verification • Ensure the process is done properly

  7. Knowledge Transfer is the “front-end” of the “Enterprise Knowledge Management Platform” Knowledge Transfer Content Management Knowledge Management Results KTS LCMS LMS ROI (Knowledge Capture, Structure Transformation) (Knowledge/ Content Repository) (Knowledge Search & retrieval) (Improved Effectiveness Efficiency focus) Configuration, Customization, Integration Services
