Understanding Diverse Learners at TAFE NSW: Addressing Student Needs and Engagement

In the eLearning Hub at TAFE NSW, it's crucial to recognize the diverse backgrounds and needs of our learners. As Elton notes, treating all students the same is unfair. Our poll highlights learners from various demographics, including those from regional areas, unemployed individuals, non-English speakers, and mature-aged students. Understanding these differences informs course design, resource creation, and engagement strategies. Join the discussion on how to build bridges rather than barriers and enhance learning experiences tailored to student needs.
