  2. The Environmental Code 14.8 • Producers of products containing or are treated with chemicals shall declare contents or performance of importance for the protection of human health or/and the environment

  3. Planning and Building Act • Regulates physical planning of land, water and buildings. Act on Technical Requirements of Construction Works • here is CPD implemented • Regulates the function of the works

  4. Building Regulations, BBR • Mostly functionally regulation • Regulations of dangerous substances in: Chapter 6: Hygiene, Health and the environment Air Light Temperature Moisture Water supply and drainage Discharges to the environment

  5. Chemical Products and Biotechnical Organisms Regulations • General provisions on chemical and biotechnical products • Particular provisions concerning certain chemical products and goods(Directive 76/769/EEC and other directives)Genetically modified organisms • Particular provisions on pesticides • APPENDICES(...cadmium, mercury, asbestos, pesticides…Information to the product register)

  6. The National Board of Occupational Safety and Health • Regulates the work with dangerous products/substances • Regulates emission for some products • Total ban on certain products
