Blessing Ceremony of the New Wing at Josyf Cardinal Slipyj School

On September 23, 2011, a blessing ceremony was held for the new wing of Josyf Cardinal Slipyj School. His Grace Bishop Stephen Chmilar officiated the event, which began with the traditional greeting of bread and salt. The blessing included a Moleben led by Fr. Yuryk, alongside Bishop Chmilar and Fr. Lobay. The ceremony emphasized our belonging to God's family, with all classrooms, including Class Gecko, receiving blessings and a sprinkling of holy water. The joyous event echoed with the chant "Алилуя!" thanking Bishop Chmilar for his presence and support.
