EXECUTIVE SUMMARYQuarterly Report for April 2008 as required by Education Code Section 1240(c)(2)(H) pursuant to the Williams and Valenzuela Settlements As of April 15, 2008, the San Joaquin County Office of Education has not received notification of any uniform complaints concerning sufficient textbooks or instructional materials, school facilities being clean, safe, and maintained in good repair, teacher vacancies or misassignments, and CAHSEE intensive instruction and services under the Uniform Complaint Procedure.
