  1. Co-curricular and Extracurricular Activities in School A school is a place where different kinds of children from different backgrounds come together for the purpose of learning. Each student who steps inside the school is beheld the same way as the rest of the students. Be that as it may, every student has their own thoughts and intentions regarding learning at school. If a set of students top the class with the highest marks, another set might be good at dance or art or sports. Most parents and teachers expect their children to study well and get the best grades. But they fail to understand that studying and clearing exams are not the main motives. It is crucial to realize that every child is different. It is the vital responsibility of the school to give equal importance to both the curriculum and co-curricular and extracurricular activities. That is when the school succeeds in creating versatile individuals for this beautiful world. What Do Co-Curricular Activities Include? Co-curricular activities are the activities that aren't included in the school curriculum, but some of the other ways complement the same. They include- ●Debating ●Writing ●Music classes ●Art classes ●Drama What Do Extracurricular Activities Include? Extracurricular activities are activities that are completely outside the school curriculum but integrated with the school per se. They include- ●Student government ●Internships ●School clubs ●Student newspaper ●Volunteering in school events

  2. Learning From Outside the Curriculum Co-curricular and extracurricular activities are very much essential to put a pause to the incessant teaching hours. They help the students in expanding their skills, interests, and choices. Along with aiding in comprehending lessons better, they also help the students recognize their other talents. This gives them a lot of confidence and experience to plan their career based on their abilities. They offer them an extensive space to think out of the box and find inventive ideas of their own. Moreover, co-curricular and extracurricular activities support students to understand themselves better and encourage them to perform better in their day-to-day tasks. Attending such activities at school with a keen interest may assist the students in laying a strong foundation for their dream career. Students who have a beautiful voice and are interested in music can participate in music classes where they get to learn and improve their skills together. They also help you build leadership and social qualities to grow up as a responsible citizen. Every school must conduct and encourage students to participate in activities during and after school hours.
