Focused on setting quality objectives and necessary processes that will ensure achievement Monitoring specific results to determine whether they comply with relevant quality standards & identify ways to eliminate unsatisfactory results

  4. Form groups – 1 RO, 5 DOs • Each group lists down • RO - what the Region regularly does. • DO - what the School Divisions regularly do • Group the responses into service areas. 4. Consolidate groupings doneto be the basis for the outputs or deliverables or services of the region. 5. Validation of RO / DO services Activity 1: RO / DO Competencies

  5. 6. Each group will analyze and identify at least 3-4 core processes that the RO/DO needs to do to deliver the Output/ Deliverable assigned to them. 7. Presentation of output. Activity 2: ID of Core Processes

  11. 2. Each group to choose one (1) DO process to be quality assured. 3. Identify the desired phases of the work process ( i.e. milestones) from start to completion 4. Set the criteria for reviewing or assessing each milestone in terms of content and process standards . 5. Use the criteria to develop a tool (e.g. checklist) for reviewing completion/ accomplishment of a milestone. Activity: Quality assurance of DO processes

  12. DO PROCESS:Instructonal Supervision of Teachers Identify the significant phases of work(i.e. milestones) of the process. Set the content and process standards for the first milestone Content standards – what characteristics the expected output of the milestone should have Process standards – how the output will be produced Prepare QA checklist for certification
