14th South West Pacific Hydrographic Commission Conference • Charting Activities • ENC Updates remain highest priority • Recompiling Port ENCs at larger compilation scale and with higher density detail • Approx 850 ENCs and 470 Paper charts • Working with UKHO and SIMSA to assume PCA role for Solomon Islands in early 2017 – add 50 ENCs and 30 paper charts 30 November – 02 December, 2016 NOUMEA
14th South West Pacific Hydrographic Commission Conference • Charting Systems and Services • Migrating to an integrated suite of Caris services, such as: • Hydrographic Production Database (HPD) • Paper Chart Composer (PCC) and Editor (PCE) • Bathy Database (BDB) • ENC sales are increasing while paper chart sales have dropped by 32%. 30 November – 02 December, 2016 NOUMEA
