This project aims to enhance the skills and confidence of hairdressing teachers in the Hair and Beauty faculty by providing effective online resources and assessments. Key objectives include improving existing purchased resources through embedded activities, developing support tools for students in online learning, and fostering mentorship among teachers. With funding approved and resources ordered, the project team is focused on training in online learning and assessment resource development. The goal is to implement engaging online classroom experiences that support learner success and continuous improvement.

Project goals/objectives • Provide hairdressing teachers within the Hair and Beauty faculty with skills and confidence to develop resources and assessments online • Improve on purchased resources by embedding activities, learning tools and assessments • Develop support tools for students undertaking online delivery

  3. Where am I up to? • Funding approved and resources ordered • Contact each campus to encourage hairdressing teachers to be part of my project as a mentee • 3 keen mentees already onboard
