easyCBM Implementation So, what is the process? • HMH/Riverside receives and processes customer easyCBM orders. • Customer is sent a welcome letter and implementation guides. • Kick-off meetings are scheduled with school district. Purpose: 1.) To introduce key HMH and district staff members 2.) To determine the specific needs of the district-i.e. training, technical considerations, etc. 3.) To familiarize the district with the easyCBM Implementation Process
easyCBM Implementation easyCBM Training DI (Data Integration) Training: 1.) one-hour web session for IT staff 2.) shows customers how to load their own data files 3.) URL and admin access provided to district easyCBM Basic Training: 1.) provides in-depth overview of the easyCBM site 2.) two-hour web training 3.) conducted by a Riverside trainer Professional Development: 1.) one-day, onsite training 2.) focuses on district’s Response To Intervention programs
easyCBM Implementation URL and Admin Set-up • Riverside’s Technical Support sets up district’s easyCBM website: Suggested format: • http://[District Identifier].[State Abbr].easycbm.com • e.g.-http://detroitusd.mi.easycbm.com • easyCBM Account Manager notifies district when their website is active. • District can begin benchmark testing and progress monitoring.
easyCBM Implementation Data File Requirements • Districts must have the ability to load data into easyCBM. • easyCBM uses the Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file format. • Districts will need to import 3 data files into easyCBM: • Users (Teachers) • Students • Teacher-Student associations NOTE: Files must be loaded in this order!
easyCBM Implementation HMH/Riverside Support Team Account Management • Shows districts how to load user data into easyCBM • Provides ongoing assistance with districts throughout the school year • Handles renewals Customer Service • Processes easyCBM orders • Bills customers RPC Support • Establishes easyCBM URL and administrator access • Provides technical support to customers
