  9. PADDED SEAT BELTS These webbing seat belts have foam pads sewn in next to the buckles for added comfort and protection. To accommodate a greater range of fit and positioning of the buckle, adjustments can be done where the belt is attached to the wheelchair. A metal bar attaches to the chair to secure the belt, adjustments are done by sliding the belt through a three bar slider.
