Project Description • Act as the Business Systems Branch Capability Owner for the Kennedy Web-based Initiative for Communicating Capabilities System (KWICC). • Interviewing subject matter experts • Reviewing literature in Business World and other web sites • Documenting the results of the interviews and literature search in a report that will integrate the data found in multiple places. • Display the information from the report into the KWICC webpage.

  6. What is KWICC? • A method of communication and information transfer about the unique technical capabilities of Kennedy Space Center. • Individual capability owners have created pages that detail their abilities and services.

Development • Business Systems Branch Chief, Audit Findings Observations Database Developer, Business System Manager, Directives Manager, Business System Documentation Manager, Process Modeling Manager, Audit Manager, Metrics Manager, Continual Improvement Specialist, KWICC Capability Owner and Audit Liaison Representative.

  11. KTI-Kennedy Technical Instruction • Wrote a Kennedy Technical Instruction (KTI) • state the responsibilities and services of each functional area of the branch.
