  2. 3-3-09 • Reading Quiz 4-1 National and State Powers. • Complete National and State and Concurrent Powers Venn Diagram, due Wednesday, 20 pts.

  3. 2-3-09 • 3-3 Read and take notes textbook pgs 76-81, Amending the Constitution. • Review vocabulary terms for section 3-2. • Expressed Powers, Enumerated Powers, Elastic Clause, Federal Bureaucracy.

  4. 2-9-09 • Read and take notes 3-4, The Amendments, textbook pages 83-90. • Define terms: prior restraint, probable cause, search warrant, arrest warrant, due process of law, eminent domain, lame duck and poll tax. • Pro/Con notes from video, To Keep and Bear Arms: Gun Control and the Second Amendment, 10 points. • The Constitution Test - Wednesday Feb. 18th , 100 points.

Do you feel the division of power reflects the Framers goal of “limited government power”?
