H.B. 555 revises educational performance benchmarks, setting Indicators Met and Performance Index to 90% for 'A' grades. The proficiency benchmark is raised to 80% for the 2013-2014 school year. Social studies assessments are relocated from grades 5 and 8 to grades 4 and 6.
