The Ohio Model: How It Works • Community governance • Voluntary participation • Both public and private institutions, universities and community colleges • Independent from any single institution • Funding from Ohio Board of Regents • A central pool of funding for collective use, not an allocation for each institution • May be supplemented by institution funds
