Primarily, capacity building is related to the strengthening of ability of people or institute to get involved in procedures for better functioning. Definition of capacity building in UNDP, 2002 stated as- Capacity is “the ability of people, institutions and societies to perform functions, solve problems, and set and achieve objectives.” Most commonly, Capacity Building is viewed as matter that takes into consideration building of organizational efficiency. Improving hierarchy of bureaucracy, and management of organization and participation of each member of hierarchy could improve capability. Successful implementation of capacity building enables institution to lay down objectives, achieve them, enabling reconciling procedures and solve problems. When it comes to capacity building in educational sphere, it is focused that the educators, we have, in our schools, colleges or universities must be well acknowledged to address the vagueness of students. Capacity building involves learning of an individual in terms of skills, knowledge and, most importantly, use of resources for advanced teaching.
