Uploading and Streaming Media

Our new media uploading and streaming system offers a secure alternative to platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, allowing users to upload content up to 100MB without requiring a Unix account. With JW Player replacing Real Player, the system ensures compatibility across various devices and supports a range of media formats, including AVI, MPEG4, MOV, WMV, and audio files like MP3 and WAV. The upgraded system is expected to be operational at the beginning of the term, providing users with a streamlined and efficient way to manage their media.
