Status of Requests • Since new ICL in 4/06, have received 427 ICL requests worth over $470M. • In ten previous years under S000005, received 2,204 requests worth $352M! • Significant switch from exports to funds transfers • Finishing at many sites • Start sustainability at several sites – new issues

  5. Dispositions Increasing • Projects – individual items • Divisions – in sustainability contracts

  6. Amendments • Central Research Institute for Shipbuilding (CRIST) • Lunevo Training Center of the Ministry of the Interior (MVD)

  7. Other Projects Want ICLs • Second Line of Defense in large countries • ITER • NBL – sources

  8. Other Export Issues • Continue exchanges with China • Second Line of Defense exports
