  4. Management • James (Jim) Culver, PhD. Dr. Culver has spent his career working in the fields of commodities, mine and international trade finance,in government, academia, and private sector. He served as Manager of the Commodity and Asset based lending division of Maple Financial Group, Director of IIG managing a commodity trade finance fund, President of Gerald, Inc, a subsidiary of Gerald Metals, a commodity brokerage and risk management firm, and over a decade managing Base and Precious Metals Trading, Commodity Finance, Commodity Institutional Brokerage, and Commodity Research, at Merrill Lynch in New York and London, Chief Economist and Director of the Economics and Education Division for the Commodity Futures Trading Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and for five years on the staff of the Committee on Agriculture of the U.S. House of Representatives, the last three years as Chief Economist. • Andre St Michel Geo. Vice President of Exploration for Camex, has managed mines, built and managed companies from scratch in various countries (Brazil, Mexico, Canada, US. He has spent the past ten years in Northern Mexico and has connections within the community and politically (important for permits..etc) that are vital to the success of Camex and creating shareholder value. Fluency in English, French & Spanish. He should mention his education (masters' degree, highlight a couple professional jobs/positions). His ability on the ground and knowledge of both the business and a a geologist are unique. • Michel Gauthier, Geo. PhD, Geologyuqualified as an engineering geologist and has taught at UQAM since 1981, helping to train hundreds of geologists and transmitting an original and modern view of Québec’s mining sector. He has helped advance knowledge of metallurgy in the Grenville, Estrie, Beauce, Abitibi and James Bay regions, and has taught as a guest professor in Chile, Brazil, Belgium and Australia, besides working as a consultant for many different mining companies and governments. Mr. Cameron McDonald is a Partner at Atwater Financial Group, a company specializing in financial advisory work including mergers and acquisitions. A former member of Canaccord Adams' investment banking team in Montreal, Cameron focused on financing emerging growth companies and public listings on the TSX, TSXV and AIM exchange. Prior to joining Canaccord, Cameron worked with a private merchant bank in Montreal, and before that the Business Development Bank of Canada. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and an MBA from McGill University.   Noah Billick  B.C.L./LL.B, MBA. Vice President, Legal Affairs. Mr. Noah Billick is responsible for the legal affairs for all business units.  Noah is also a managing Director of the Palos Merchant Bank L.P. Prior to Palos, Noah worked at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where he was an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department specializing in securities litigation and general commercial litigation. Prior to law school, Noah worked in the institutional and retail investment industry at a large bank-owned brokerage in Montréal. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bard College in New York, and a Bachelor of Civil Law, a Bachelor of Laws (common law) and an MBA (finance concentration) from McGill University. At McGill, Noah graduated with distinction and was awarded the I.M.E. Prize in Commercial Law for being the member of the graduating class having the highest standing in Commercial Law throughout the program. Noah was president of McGill's Post-Graduate Students' Society, and he served on the University's Board of Governors and the Board's Executive Committee. Noah also serves on the Board of Directors of several public and private Canadian companies and not-for-profit organizations.

With over 30 years of experience in the business and financial community, Hubert has raised funds privately and publicly for hundreds of emerging and mature companies, structured many mergers and acquisitions as well as designed and created numerous financial deals in Canada. Hubert has worked at the senior executive level of several large investment banks notably, Nesbitt Thomson Inc., Levesque Beaubien Inc. and Marleau, Lemire Inc. During his career, Hubert was a governor of the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Montreal Stock Exchange, and the Vancouver Stock Exchange, a director of the Investment Dealer Association of Canada and Board member for a multitude of publicly traded companies. Hubert graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Economics and holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago • Jorge MendizabalAdvisor to the Board is the Founder and Managing Partner of Firex SA a Mining Technology, Consulting and Contracting firm in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. • Michel Boily, M.Sc., Ph.D. P. Geo., Technical Consultant Geology. Mr. Boily is an expert in geochemical analysis, metallogeny and interpretation of precious and rare metal deposits. He has technical expertise in a comprehensive suite of geoanalytical techniques, including X-ray fluorescence, mass spectrometry and ICP-MS. He holds a Master and a Ph.D. in Geology (Geochemistry) from the University of Montréal. Since 1984, Michel has been the lead author of widely cited publications, technical reports and international scientific journals. He also participated as a geochemist, in the overall recent studies by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Quebec (MRNQ) of the James Bay and Far North areas of the Province of Quebec. He has also been acting as a consultant for several mining companies including Inmet Mining, Abitibi Lithium, Aldershot Resources Ltd, Ressourcesd’Arianne; Maya Gold and Silver, Starfire Minerals, Pacific Arc Resources and Ontrack Exploration. Total mineralization zone at least 3.7 K long, located in Northern Sonora, Mexico Escondida:Locatedin Northern Sonora State of Mexico,70 K from Arizona border, 140 K from Tuscon. Contains significant silver with gold, copper and lead. Surface samples contained more than 100 ounces of silver per ton. 43-101 in progress—expected in Q\21 of 2012 Samalayuca: Stratiform sedimentary copper deposit with potentially significant gold and silver with a mineralization zone of at least 5K, located 60 K South and West of El Paso Texas in Chihuahua, Mexico

Cumeral • Property covers 6,649 hectares in the State of Sonora, Mexico—140K from Tucson Arizona. • Located on the Sierra Madre Occidental in the Sonora Desert at approximately 900 meters elevation. • Surface sampling and air track drilling in four zones show the presence of Gold, Silver and Copper. Total mineralization zone at least 3.6 K long. • Based on the mineralization the property has the potential for significant deposits of gold and copper. • Mineralization similar to Heradura Mine in Sonora Mexico

Escondida • Escondida is an epizonalAu-Ag-Sb depositproject is located in Central Sonora, Mexico, 140 K south of Tucson Arizona. • Property covers 178 hectares with three major mineralization structures. • Initial exploration campaign was begun in July 2011, with 116 samples taken as the mapping of the property was completed. • The property show very interesting grade values of silver, and gold—12 samples had more than 300 grams of silver per ton and 7 had over 0.5 grams of gold per ton. • An initial 43-101 is in progress with expected completion in Q2 of 2012.
