The California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) is a member-driven organization founded in 1980, supporting economic development in cities and counties through various programs and initiatives. CALED's mission is to enhance the effectiveness and capability of local economic development, making it a local priority and promoting success. Through federal grants, foundations, member dues, and services provided, CALED fosters economic growth and development in California.
