INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER (VP BOOKING) The Value Payable System helps traders to recover the cost of goods supplied to their customers against bonafide order VP article can be booked for value upto Rs.5000/- Envelope, Book Packet, Newspaper and Parcel can be sent as V.P., but it should not contain coupons, tickets, or certificates of introduction designed for the sale of goods If the value for recovery exceeds Rs.500 insurance for value equivalent to the cost of the article is compulsory

INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER V.P. articles can only be booked at the delivery post office under which the sender has an address The article, along with VPMO form duly filled in and signed by the sender should be presented at the counter of post office If VP article contains printed book whose value does not exceed Rs.50/-, registration fee is Rs.2.50 only
