Embracing Life: Values, Karate, and Advocacy Against Bullying

In this personal narrative, I share my journey shaped by core values of honesty, respect, loyalty, and discipline. For over seven years, karate has been my passion, under the mentorship of my inspiring Sensei, Matthew Charles. My family—my mother, older brother, older sister, and younger brother—supports me, while my vegetarianism sparks playful debates. Having experienced bullying firsthand, I'm dedicated to improving education about its impact. My story highlights resilience, personal growth, and a commitment to making a positive change in the world.
