  4. Toombul West • Protect high value character • Promote higher density residential uses around station • Improve pedestrian and cycle connections to open space and surrounding precincts

  5. Union St Precinct • Improve pedestrian/cycle links along Union Street • Support new residential development • Upgrade footpaths

  6. Nundah Village • Vibrant and mixed use village feel • Support new development around station • Development to respect main street character. • Improve pedestrian access and safety

  7. Nundah North • New residential development to support centre • Improve quality of streets and pedestrian access to station and centre • Protect high value character

  8. Oxenham Park • Residential to frame park • Respect sensitive character areas • Improve existing community facilities to create a strong community node at Oxenham Park
