The Wyoming Business Council emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive Commercial Properties Database for effective site selection. With 67% of site selectors using the internet for searches and 78% of companies seeking existing facilities, it is crucial to have properties that are well-zoned, in good condition, and readily available. A "Ready-to-Go" site ensures utilities and environmental checks are in place, boosting marketability. The future of the database includes an updated web presence and improved resources for developers and site selectors.
