  2. Introduction -Blood Cancer Blood cancer also known as hematologic cancers, cancer cells affect the production and function cell of blood cells. Mainly these types of cancer starts in bone marrow where blood is produced. Stem cells in your bone marrow mature and develop into 3 types of blood cells: Red blood cells, White blood cells and Platelets. In Most blood cancers, normal blood cell development process is interrupted by uncontrolled growth of an abnormal (cancerous) type of blood cell.

  3. Types of Blood Cancer Leukaemia : Leukaemia found in blood and bone morrow. Leukaemia affects white blood cell, these are an important part of the immune system to fight against many infections. This type of cancer progress quickly so treatment urgently required. Lymphoma: Lymphoma affects your lymphatic system, an important part of an immune system to fight against many infections. If anyone has Lymphoma it means they have too many lymphocytes. Myeloma: It is blood cancer of plasma cells, plasma cells are found in your bone morrow it’s also an important part of immune system.

Target therapy have unique characteristics, including genes, while limiting damage to healthy cells. Blood Radiation: Radiation therapy for blood cancer uses a high beam of radiation and contact with a tumor, Radiation therapy is the best therapy to kill cancer cells in the body. While radiation therapy is not used frequently as others treatments like chemotherapy and targeted therapy.
