  17. 5th European Congress of Psychomotricity Financial rules • Congress cost: • Professionals : 300 € • Students: 200 € • Reduced rate until March10, 2013: 260 € • Including at the moment: congress and lunches • No inscriptions congress payment for • EFP delegates • Organizational committee • Scientific committee • Invited speakers and workshops leaders

  18. 5th European Congress of Psychomotricity Financial rules for lecturers and workshop leaders • They don’t pay the fees of the congress • We pay their travel (with a maximum) • We will provide and pay their hotel • They will receive 300 euros for their work

  19. 5th European Congress of Psychomotricity Task of delegates • Make diffusion and publicity in their country, with emails and linking website in your own national websites • Encourage to submitfree presentations and posters • Encourage for registrations • Chairman during the congress • Remember that this is the EFP European Congress !!!

  20. 5th European Congress of Psychomotricity Financial rules for delegates • Delegates don’t pay the fees of the congress • We will make a reimbursement of their travel (with a maximum) if these two conditions could be fulfilled: • - Their country present a lecture or workshop • - At least 20 inscriptions from their country
