  2. 3 Company Profile Our Factory Our Showroom Urban Living® was established in 2012, and is registered under Furniture Kraft International Pvt. Ltd. We specialise in developing sofas, loungers and chairs for residential and hospitality markets — all featuring quality Indian fabrics. Our 150,000 square foot factory premises is located near Mumbai with close proximity to the seaport, making it a convenient location for international exports. At present, we have a production capacity of 3,000 sofa sets per month and look to continue expanding operations. In April 2018, Urban Living® opened our first 10,000 square foot showroom in Bhiwandi, Mumbai for our retail customers. Urban Living® is proudly India’s largest sofa manufacturing company. We export globally to over twenty countries, and growing. Our craftsmanship and care is evident across over furniture range. Choose from a wide selection of upholstery and finishings. We display over 80 models and more than 100 fabric combinations, allowing customers to choose from a variety of products and styles.

Our high-quality fabrics have low- maintenance characteristics to ensure each furniture item is durable and leaves a lasting impression.
