Consignes préalables •Chaque participant a préalablement élaboré un schéma de réseau de soins autour du patient (ou de ce qu’il imagine être un réseau de soins). • Ce schéma doit indiquer par des flèches : - les relations de chaque acteur avec le patient, - les relations des acteurs entre eux. Chap. 2 – Q2.6 – Séq. 1 : Schéma + Débats (« Réseau de soins »)
