Understanding the HL7 Security and Privacy Ontology: A Mind Mapping Approach
This presentation introduces the HL7 Security and Privacy Ontology (SPO) through a mind mapping technique developed by Diana Proud-Madruga and demonstrated by Tony Weida on May 5, 2014. The motivation behind this approach is to facilitate a clear and high-level graphical representation of SPO, promoting discussion on enhancements and alternatives while providing an operational hierarchy. We explore FreeMind, a free and open-source mind mapping software, along with potential future work involving the integration of SPO with EHR action verbs and other ontology tools.
