  10. RENTAL POLICY Age Requirements: Must be minimum of 21 years of age. Any driver under the age of 25 will incur a surcharge of $9.95 per day.* Additional Drivers: One driver (plus spouse) is included in the rental charges. There will be an additional fee of $4.95 per day for all other authorized drivers.* Insurance: All drivers must furnish proof of full coverage auto insurance valid in the USA prior to checkout. Full coverage auto insurance to provide liability and collision/comprehensive (Physical Damage) that covers driver, United Van Rentals, and the specific vehicle being rented. If no proof of insurance available or if renter desires to purchase insurance/coverage from United Van Rentals, the minimum insurance requirements are Renter’s Liability Protection/Loss Damage Waiver @ $29.95 per day.* All International customers must purchase minimum Renter’s Liability Protection/Loss Damage Waiver @ $29.95 per day.* Renter and authorized driver(s) are responsible for submitting all claims to the insurance company in the event of a claim.
