Join Kathleen Hassenfratz, LPC, as she teaches fourth graders about healthy habits related to alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana. The interactive session, "That's Me!", encourages students to stand up and identify with healthy behaviors. Students will explore the average ages young people start experimenting with these substances, the legal age for use, and how these substances affect their bodies. Web resources from Scholastic and SAMHSA will aid in learning. Together, we'll promote awareness, healthy choices, and the importance of a healthy brain!
