  2. OUR PERMANENT PROJECTS Green Ankleshwar Project Challenge to make Ankleshwar free from Pollution.

  3. Paul Harris Forest On the 90th Birthday of Paul Harris the founder of Rotary forest was Inaugurated. RI President elect Inaugurated the Water Well at the site

  4. Shantidham Rotary Smashan Gruh Project completed at a cost of 358000 EUR.. The Smashan Gruh is one of the best in Gujarat (ISO 14001 Certified) with the latest facilities of Gas furnace, Prayer Hall, Shradhanjali Hall, Sound System, free Cremation kit for needy people. shavvahini available.

  5. UPL Rotary Library More than 50 Lacs worth of technical books on various subjects. Separate Library for children.

  6. Day Care Centre for mentally Handicapped Children This day care centre runs for mentally retarded children in afternoon. It is run by reputed Teachers under the guidance of Pediatricians and Psychiatrists.

  7. Permanent Conciliation Committee. PCC working since last 15 years.629 Family Disputes Settle .

  8. Centennial Rotary Jogging ParkConstruction cost of Rs.500000/-

  9. Engineering College 25 acres of Land Purchased for the College near Kondh Village. It will be a Biotechnology college with Research Centre. Compound wall of the entire land is completed, Tube well is functioning and trees planted. Estimated Cost Rs 15 Crs i.e. 2.6 Million Eur Civil Construction 4.5 Crs Hostel 1.5 Crs Labs 1 Crs Equipments 3.5 Crs Furniture 2.0 Crs and Library 2.5 Crs Initial Donation of Rs 2.5 Crs Donated by United Phosphorus Ltd.

  12. RVC of Ankleshwar For Handicapped It has 80 members. One of a kind in the Rotary world, meets every month. Solves their problem like getting jobs/loan etc.

  15. Why Matching Grant Project for School Benches ? The students are sitting on bare floor in the cold weather and without proper benches the hand-writing, painting and other skills are going down significantly.  We feel that keeping in mind R.I Theme "Rotary Shares" and the incoming Theme "Make Dreams Real" with focus on children, we should work out Matching Grants on providing school benches to maximum number of class rooms The furniture provided for one class room include 20 benches, one table, one chair and one black board and the approximate cost of class room furniture works out to be Rs.40,000 i.e. US$ 1,000/=.
