  3. Situation Currently in Somerset, WI. Problems at current location: -Small town = small residence. -Outdoor event, weather can cancel it. -Kids easily run off. -Little parking available.

  4. Action Move event to Mystic Lake Hotel Casino. • Casino workers asked to guard doors. • Set up decorations. • Tables set up to eat. • Furniture and tables up for auction. • Blow-up slide. • Reserve parking lots. • Signs up on roads to events.

  5. Recommendation • Moving would bring benefits. • Some benefits are: • -Can obtain more guests. • -Indoor event. • -Doors will be shut. • -More parking space. • -Casino gets more income.
